26 Mar (Thu): Port Isabel, TX. Assuming geopolitics doesn’t limit diesel fuel availability, we’re launching for points west and north on 11 April. Campground reviews along our route found one sounding perfect: “Convenient to the Interstate but quiet, easy in, easy out, big rigs welcome, long level pull thru sites, satellite friendly, free WiFi, excellent AT&T cell service, full hook ups (electric/sewer/water), clothing optional.” What???!!! Some RVers obviously have more skin in the game than we do, LOL. |
